Do I need to create an account to use Sarvimo?
Not for the PDF and image tools: they all work without signing in. An account is needed for Sarvimo Forms, Book, meeting polls, link-in-bio pages, connectors, the Telegram bot and paid plans.
What happens to the files I upload?
Your file is processed entirely in server memory for the duration of the request and is never written to disk. Once the response is sent back to you, it's gone — there's nothing to delete because nothing was ever stored.
Is Sarvimo really free?
Every tool is free to use, with some limits on the free tier (for example, merging up to 5 PDFs at once). Paid plans remove those limits — see pricing for details.
Which plans are available?
Free, Personal, Pro and Business. They differ in daily operations, file size and how much room you get in the apps. Compare them on the pricing page or in the documentation.
Is there a file size limit?
Yes, it depends on your plan: 10 MB on Free, 100 MB on Personal, 500 MB on Pro and 2 GB on Business. If you regularly need more, let us know at support@sarvimo.com.
Do you use my files to train AI models?
No. Files are never used for AI training, analytics, or anything beyond the single operation you requested.
