Terms of Service

Last updated: September 2026

By using sarvimo.com you agree to these terms. Please read them — the short version is: use Sarvimo responsibly, your files and their content remain yours, and paid plans are provided on a subscription basis through our payment processor.

1. Who these terms apply to

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and Sarvimo (“we”, “us”), currently operated by an individual founder based in India, in the process of formal business registration. By accessing or using sarvimo.com (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your data.

2. What Sarvimo is

Sarvimo provides online tools for working with PDFs, images, and related file formats — merging, splitting, converting, compressing, signing, and similar operations — along with a small number of standalone utilities (QR codes, a URL shortener, and similar). Most tools are free to use, with some limits on the free tier; paid plans remove those limits and are described on our pricing page.

3. Your files remain yours

You retain all rights, title, and interest in any file you upload and in the results we generate for you. We claim no ownership over your content. As described in our Privacy Policy, your files are processed in memory for the single request you make and are never retained, inspected beyond what's needed to perform the requested operation, or used to train any AI model.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Sarvimo to:

  • Upload or process content that is illegal, infringes someone else's rights, or that you don't have the right to process
  • Attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure
  • Circumvent free-tier limits through automated abuse, scripting, or multiple accounts
  • Reverse-engineer, scrape, or resell the Service without our written permission

We may suspend or restrict access for accounts or usage patterns that violate this section, with notice where practical.

5. Accounts

Some features (managing a paid plan, viewing recently used tools) require signing in with Google. You're responsible for keeping your account secure. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by emailing privacy@sarvimo.com — the same address used for data requests under our Privacy Policy.

6. Paid plans, billing, and cancellation

Paid plans (Personal, Pro, Business) are not yet available — this section describes how they'll work once launched. Subscriptions will be billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, as you choose) through Dodo Payments, our payment processor and merchant of record. We never see or store your card or bank details. You can cancel anytime; a cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and we don't offer partial refunds for unused time within a period except where required by law or at our discretion.

7. Service “as is” and limitation of liability

Sarvimo is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. We do our best to keep tools accurate and reliable, but we don't guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that processed files will always be perfect (for example, a compression or conversion tool may occasionally alter formatting). To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sarvimo isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose — which is zero if you're on the free tier. Tools like e-signing, OCR, or PDF/A conversion are provided for convenience and don't constitute legal, professional, or archival advice; you're responsible for confirming a result meets your own requirements (e.g. the legal validity of a signed document in your jurisdiction) before relying on it.

8. Changes to the Service

We may add, change, or remove tools and features, and may modify or discontinue free-tier limits, with reasonable notice for changes that materially reduce what a paid plan includes. We may also discontinue the Service entirely, with notice where practicable.

9. Reporting infringing use

Since we don't retain or inspect file content beyond the operation you request, we have no visibility into what people upload. If you believe someone is using Sarvimo to infringe your copyright or other rights, email support@sarvimo.com with details and we'll look into it, including restricting the responsible account under Section 4 where appropriate.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Sarvimo harmless from any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from content you upload or process in violation of Section 4 (Acceptable use) or these Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have under the law of your own country of residence.

12. Contact

Questions about these Terms, or a request to delete your account? Reach out at support@sarvimo.com. See our contact page for what's helpful to include.

13. Changes to these Terms

We'll update this page as Sarvimo's features change, especially once paid plans launch. Material changes will be reflected in the “last updated” date above, and we'll make reasonable efforts to notify signed-in users of significant changes.

14. General

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in full effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, make up the entire agreement between you and Sarvimo regarding the Service.
