PDF to CSV

Reconstruct tabular data from a PDF into a plain .csv file. This works best on PDFs with a clear grid layout (reports, invoices, exports) — rows and columns are inferred from text position, not from real table structure, so complex or irregular layouts, merged cells, and scanned (image-only) PDFs won't reconstruct perfectly.
