Accounts and signing in

You do not need an account to use the PDF and image tools. You need one for Forms, Book, polls, link-in-bio, connectors, the Telegram bot and paid plans.

Who can have an account

• 13 and older. Accounts are for people aged 13 or over. Under 13 is not allowed, but every PDF and image tool still works without an account.
• Under 18. You may use an account with your parent or guardian's permission. At signup you confirm your age and that permission, and you can add a parent or guardian's email so we can send them a short notice.
• Existing accounts are asked to confirm this once, the next time they sign in.
• Paying. Paid plans can be bought by anyone, as long as the payer is the cardholder or has the cardholder's permission.

Ways to sign in

• Continue with Google. One tap, no password to remember.
• Email and password. Sign up on the sign-up page, then confirm your email using the link we send.

Verify your email

After signing up with email and password we send a verification link. Verifying proves the address is yours and lets us send booking and account emails to it.

Forgot your password?

1. 1Open Forgot password and enter your email.
2. 2Open the reset link we email you.
3. 3Choose a new password. The link works once and expires.

Your account page

The account page shows your plan, how many operations you have used today, recently used tools, billing options, and links to Connectors and the Telegram bot.
