Bot troubleshooting

The bot is silent, the connect link expired, or alerts are missing: how to fix it.

Problem	Try this
The connect page says the link expired	Send `/start` again for a new link. Links last 10 minutes
The bot says the chat is not connected	Send `/start` and complete the sign-in. If you previously disconnected, you need to connect again
No alerts arrive	Send `/notify` to check they are on. Make sure you did not block the bot, and that you are connected
I connected the wrong account	Send `/logout`, sign in to the correct account on the website, then `/start` again
Buttons do nothing	Send `/menu` for fresh buttons. Old messages can go stale
