Glossary: what things mean

Plain-language definitions of terms used across Sarvimo.

Term	Meaning
Operation	One unit of your daily allowance. Light tools cost 1, heavy ones cost more
Plan	Free, Personal, Pro or Business. It sets your limits
Response	One submission of a form
Answer piping	Writing `{{Question label}}` to reuse an earlier answer
Conditional question	A question shown only if an earlier answer matches
Calculated field	A read-only number worked out from other number questions
Hidden field	A value taken from the form link (like `?utm_source=`) and saved without being shown
Drop-off funnel	A chart of where visitors stopped before finishing a form
Receipt	A PDF copy of one response
Event type	A kind of meeting on your booking page, with its own length and rules
Buffer	Free time kept after a meeting before the next one can start
Minimum notice	How soon before a slot people can still book it
Busy calendar	A private `.ics` address whose events block your booking times
`.ics` file	A standard calendar file that any calendar app can open to add an event
Fair time	A meeting time inside working hours for every attendee's time zone
Bio block	One button on a link-in-bio page
vCard (`.vcf`)	A contact file that adds a person to your phone's contacts
Connector	A link from a form to another service that receives each response
Webhook	A URL Sarvimo sends a JSON message to whenever something happens
Signing secret	A key used to prove a webhook really came from Sarvimo
IST	India Standard Time (UTC+5:30), which does not observe daylight saving
DST	Daylight saving time, when clocks move by an hour
