Privacy and file handling
What happens to your files and data, and what we never do with them.
Your files
- Files are processed in server memory for the duration of your request and are not kept afterwards. Once the result is returned there is nothing left to delete.
- Files are never used to train AI models or for analytics.
- Transfers use HTTPS.
Suite data
Forms, bookings, polls and bio pages are stored so they can work, for as long as your account exists. You can delete any of them, and you can request deletion of your account data.
- Form responses belong to the form owner. Respondents are told what they submit goes to that owner.
- Connector credentials (API tokens you paste for Airtable, Notion and similar) are stored encrypted.
- Bio PDFs you upload are public by design, since visitors download them. Upload only what you want people to see.
Telegram bot
The bot never asks for your password. You approve the connection on the website. See Bot security.
