Meeting polls: overview
Propose a few times and let a group vote. No account needed to vote.
A meeting poll finds a time that works for a group. You propose options, share one link, and everyone marks when they are free. Voters do not need an account.
Create a poll
- 1Open Meeting poll and give it a title and length.
- 2Pick your time zone. Everyone will see times converted to their own.
- 3Add times: choose a day, tick one or more start times, and add them. You need at least 2 options (up to 20).
- 4Create the poll and copy the link.
Voting

| If needed | I can, but it is not ideal |
| No | I cannot make it |
The results grid shows everyone's answers, and the best option is highlighted. “If needed” counts for less than “Yes”.
