Pick a time: book a meeting from a form

The Pick a time question shows your real free slots from Sarvimo Book. When someone submits the form, the booking is created and they receive a confirmation email with a calendar invite. Perfect for applications, consultations and interviews that need a form and a meeting.

Set it up

1. 1Set up Sarvimo Book with at least one active event type. See Book setup.
2. 2In the form builder, add Pick a time from the Advanced group.
3. 3Choose which event type it books into.
4. 4Add an Email question. It is required so we know where to send the confirmation.

What happens on submit

• The chosen slot is checked again and booked. If someone else took it a moment earlier, the respondent is asked to pick another time and nothing is lost.
• The response is saved with the chosen time.
• The respondent receives a confirmation with an .ics calendar file, and you receive a Telegram alert if you use the bot.
