Question types
Every question type in the builder, what it collects and when to use it.
Add questions from the palette on the right of the builder. Each type collects a different kind of answer.
Text and numbers

Choices

Layout
- Section heading. A title with optional description that groups questions. It collects nothing.
- Page break. Splits the form into pages with Next and Back buttons and a progress bar.
Advanced
- Calculated. A read-only result computed live from earlier Number questions: sum, subtract or multiply. Ideal for order totals. It is recomputed on the server, so it cannot be tampered with.
- Hidden field. Captures a value from the form link, for example
?utm_source=newsletter, without showing anything to the respondent. Useful for tracking where responses came from. - Pick a time. Lets respondents choose a free slot from your Sarvimo Book availability. See Pick a time.
- File upload. Asks respondents to provide a Google Drive link to their file.
