Who can respond, schedules, limits, layout, thank-you screen, quiz mode and appearance.
Share your form
- Link. Every form has a public link. Copy it from the top of the builder.
- QR code. Generate one to put on posters or slides.
- Embed. Turn on *Allow embedding on other websites* under Protection and embedding, then paste the embed code into any web page.
Who can respond

Open, close and schedule
- Open / closed. A manual switch. A closed form shows “not accepting responses”.
- Opens at / closes at. Schedule a window, for example for an event registration.
- Weekly repeat. Repeat the same window every week, such as a form that is open each Friday afternoon. No manual switching is needed.
- Stop after N responses. Closes the form automatically once the count is reached.
How people fill it in

After someone submits
- Thank-you message. Supports answer piping.
- Redirect to a web page. Send people straight to another page instead of the thank-you screen.
- PDF copy of the response. Respondents can download a receipt. You can switch this off.
Quiz mode
Turn a form into a scored quiz. Mark the correct answer(s) on choice questions and set points. People see their score right after submitting. Optionally add a time limit in minutes: a countdown starts when the form opens and it auto-submits at zero. The timer runs in the browser only.
Appearance and protection
- Accent colour and logo (paid plans). Changes buttons, focus rings and selected options.
- Disable copying. Deters casual copying of the page. It cannot stop a determined person from reading the page source.
