Closing a poll and sending invites
Pick the winning time, then send everyone a calendar invite.
- 1Open your poll while signed in. Under Organiser tools, choose Schedule the best time, or close the poll and pick a time yourself.
- 2The poll shows The time is set. Anyone can *Add to Google Calendar* or download an
.icsfile. - 3Under Email the invite, enter addresses (up to 20 at once). Each person gets an email with the time and a calendar file attached.
Note:Voters give a name, not an email, so invites go to the addresses you type. Reopen poll clears the chosen time if plans change.
In Telegram, /polls lists your open polls and vote counts.
