Find a fair time across time zones

Scheduling across cities usually means someone joins at midnight. The fair time finder avoids that: give it your attendees' locations and it proposes slots that land inside working hours for every zone, Monday to Friday.

How to use it

1. 1In the Create a poll page, open Find a fair time across time zones.
2. 2Add each attendee's city or time zone.
3. 3Set the working hours (default 9:00 to 18:00) and the meeting length.
4. 4Choose Suggest times. You get up to 6 options over the next two weeks, with each person's local time shown.
5. 5Add the ones you like, or Add all, then create the poll.

How it ranks

Slots closer to midday for everyone score better, so nobody gets the worst end of the day. At most two are suggested per day, so you see variety.
