Read responses, spot where people drop off, and export to CSV, Excel or PDF.
Responses tab
- Stats at the top: total responses, the last 7 days, the latest response and, for quizzes, the average score.
- Summary charts for choice and rating questions.
- Search across all answers.
- Click a row to open a drawer with the full response.
Where people drop off
The funnel card shows how many people opened the form, how many finished, and which question each unfinished visit last reached. It uses an anonymous visit id and stores no answers. Data is kept for 90 days.
Tip:If many people stop at one question, it may be confusing, too personal or too much work. Rewording or making it optional often helps.
Exports
- CSV and Excel of every response.
- PDF of one response. Open a response and choose *Download as PDF*.
- Filled original PDF if the form was made from a PDF. See PDF to form.
Live copies elsewhere
Send every response to Google Sheets, Slack, Notion and more with Connectors, or to your own system with a webhook.
