Connectors: overview
Send every new form response to the tools you already use: Sheets, Slack, Notion, Airtable and more.
Connectors copy or announce each new form response somewhere else, automatically. Failures never affect the person submitting: the response is always saved first.
How connecting works
- 1Open Connectors from your account and connect the service once. For most services you paste an API key or token; Google Drive uses a Google sign-in.
- 2Open a form's Settings tab and find Connectors.
- 3Turn a connector on and fill in where responses should go, such as a table or audience.
- 4Submit a test response to check it.
Available connectors

| Klaviyo | Adds the respondent to a list | List ID and the Email question |
| ConvertKit (Kit) | Adds the respondent as a subscriber to a form | Form ID and the Email question |
| Slack, Discord, Microsoft Teams | Posts a message per response to a channel | An incoming-webhook URL |
| Telegram | Sends a message per response to a chat | Chat ID |
For anything else, use Zapier, n8n or a webhook.
Note:Tokens you paste are stored encrypted and are never shown back to you in full.
